    • Check inventory on Amazon to see if anything needs to be sent in from the third-party warehouse. (10 mins)
    • Log on to Wayfair (every day Mon to Fri – inventory needs to be updated by the click of 3 buttons) – Usually set a standard 60 units aside for them for each SKU. It has so far never exceeded this. (< 5 mins)
    • Any orders come from Wayfair are automatically sent to the warehouse for processing. The system Wayfair uses updates tracking #’s directly. (< 5 mins)
  • BI-Weekly / Monthly
    • If it’s time to update Amazon inventory, prepare a shipment and tell the warehouse what I want to send. They give dimensions/weight (which are usually standard). (< 30 mins)
