This listing is for an app business created in December 2016 in the gaming niche. The site earns money through ads and in-app purchases. The business comes with a portfolio of 120+ games and has over 8M organic downloads with 372k+ active users and 1.1M monthly active users. From the beginning, the Seller structured the business to be a “branded“ company in order to build up a users base and community which are supporting long-term growth.

This business makes games for Google Play, the iOS App Store, and the Amazon store. It is monetized with several ad networks with a mediation partner, which is a bidding system to always get the highest paying ads inside the game. With so many games in the market, the business is also able to cross-promote the games to get high positions in the charts.  Last off, the business sells several in-app “bundle packages” directly to the user.

This business requires very little time. A few clicks will get the money from the ad network to the bank. One option is to keep the business where it is at and enjoy the revenue. Another option, which the Seller has established, is to continue growth by pushing out more new games. Currently, a full-time artist produces about 5-6 new assets for a new game per month. Every Friday the Seller puts the new assets into the Unity Source code and uploads it to the Google Play store. This is an established process and takes about 4 hours. In this last year, the business produced over 100+ games.

The Buyer could be a unity developer or a business person who would outsource development, as the Seller has set up a repeatable process to build more games. This particular gaming niche has endless sub-niches and keywords to be capitalized on. There is also an email list of 3k+ customer emails, that could be used for a newsletter.   • A full-time outsourced artist produces about 5-6 new assets for new games each month. Each day the Seller checks the artist assets for about 5-10min and communicates the direction desired.
  • Every Friday the Seller put the new assets into the Unity Source code and uploads it to the Google play store. This is a prepared process and takes about 4h of time.
  • The Seller has built their own referral system to “cross-promote“ the games to the games network. Every Friday you will see the newest game preview in the previous games and therefore you get the first installs from already existing users and get a higher rank in the charts automatically.
