For sale is a SaaS business based on a Shopify App which helps shop-owners to create sales funnels in order to increase their revenue on their Shopify store. Normal users of Shopify are not able to upsell customers after their initial sale. This app allows users to have as many upsells and downsells as needed (with legitimate one click upsells) meaning that the Average Order Value is increased. There are over 500,000 Shopify stores that could benefit from this product.

o Product has been sold mainly in 2 ways. One is recurring monthly charge of $97 and the other is annual charge of $997. In addition, lifetime sales have been made on webinars at the $497, $797 and $997 price point.
o The sales process for the software is integrated with Zaxaa which means that the new owner can just replace their payment details and start selling immediately. It also means that there is an existing affiliate program.
o Email lists of 1,500+ customers and nearly 13,000 prospects.

There is a huge amount of potential for growth and the owners have not given as much attention to the sales side preferring to concentrate on adding additional features and ironing out any bugs.
