This listing is for a dropshipping business created in April 2016 in the art niche. The WordPress site sells a specific kind of decoration. Most of the sales are within Australia, but the business does make some sales from people in the US. The business has a great traffic spread, is growing substantially year-on-year and sells thousands of different products.
The primary traffic source is social, which provides about 35% of the traffic for the site. This is due to the Facebook following of over 95k and Instagram of over 75k. The business also has Twitter, Pinterest, and Houzz accounts that don’t provide much traffic. About a quarter of the traffic is organic, with some also coming from emails and paid ads. The email list of about 30k receives three emails a week on average for sales, new items or upcoming events.
The Seller works nearly 40 hours on the business per week, reviewing the new products, managing a staff of 7 employees, and running a brick and mortar store for the business that is in the process of being shut down. The employees handle operations, finances, marketing, sales, warehouse management, and IT. While the team is currently located out of an office, the business can be made to run remotely. The Seller is confident the team will continue with the Buyer.
* While the site has been around since January 2015, due to how the accounting and previous backend was built, there are only records since April 2016. There was further restructuring February 2017.
* In April 2018, the Seller ran newspaper advertisements to promote the physical store that resulted in lower profits.
* Since the physical storefront is in the process of being shut down, the income and expenses relating to it have not been included.
