From the Broker

This listing is for an Amazon FBA business created in January 2016 in the multiple niches. The business features 10 SKUs for 2 travel accessories with several color variations and 4 SKUs for office supply products. With solid year-on-year growth, a branded Shopify site, and a presence selling in the Amazon UK marketplace, this is a business with many opportunities for expansion.

The Seller has gone back and forth using PPC, but hasn't found it to be profitable, so the ads are currently turned off. All sales are fulfilled through Amazon FBA, with about a month's worth of inventory stored at Amazon's warehouses. The rest of the inventory is stored at a third-party logistics company to save on storage fees. A Shopify site has been set up, but it isn't receiving traffic or making sales. The site is a growth opportunity for the Buyer to explore.

Tasks for running the business involve monitoring inventory, keeping in touch with the supplier, and replenishing stock as needed. This requires about 2-3 hours per week. A handful of customer questions may also arise which need responding to. The Seller recently focused on social media using the included Facebook and Instagram accounts. Social media has yet to gain traction, so the profiles aren't important in terms of revenue. A freelancer has assisted with photography and web development. They are willing to continue with the Buyer and can even handle marketing tasks if needed.

* One of the 10 travel accessory SKUs was sold on the Amazon UK marketplace, but stock was not replenished. While its earnings were not taken into account for the valuation of the business, the SKU will be included for the Buyer to consider selling again.

* Dips in monthly net profit as seen in February and June 2018 were caused by running out of stock for at least a portion of those months.

* Starting in August 2019, one of the products are sourced from a new manufacturer at a lower COGS.
