From the Broker

This listing is for an Amazon FBA and eCommerce business created in October 2014 in the kitchenware niche. The business features 439 SKUs selling a specialized kitchen product on Amazon as well as on Shopify and Etsy. The trademarked business has seen 50% year-over-year growth, has a large social media following, and thanks to a freelance team requires minimal work from the Seller.

The business has active storefronts on Shopify and Etsy. It sells mainly in the US and makes rare sales in Canada and the UK on Amazon. Japan accounts for other international sales on its Shopify storefront. The business does not hold or handle any inventory. Amazon inventory is stored and fulfilled by Amazon. For the Etsy and Shopify storefronts, inventory is manufactured and drop-shipped by a partner supplier.

Social media is an important part of driving traffic to the business as well as validating new product offers. The business has a strong social media following on three different channels; Instagram (106K followers); Facebook (4K followers); and Pinterest (6.3K followers). Influencer marketing has helped to grow the following for the business. An email list of 8.7K exists but is currently being underutilized.

Content has not been added to the domain since 2016. At that time 100+ blog articles were created by industry influencers to drive traffic to the site.

Thanks to a team of freelancers, the owners of the business have not been directly involved in maintaining it. Most of the tasks listed in the work and skills required section has been completed by freelancers. The freelance team is internationally dispersed in the Philippines and South Africa. They are aware the business is selling and are willing to continue on with the Buyer.

Due to the business having access to proprietary manufacturing equipment for the specialization of products, the business has an excellent opportunity to scale.

*The Seller Central account is not included in the sale. This would be considered an asset and SKU ownership transfer on the Amazon side of the business.
