From the Broker

This listing is for a dropshipping and eCommerce business created in May 2017 in the apparel niche. The Shopify site features print on demand apparel for a range of themes and patterns. The business has a nice traffic spread among the top pages and requires minimal work from the Seller to maintain.

The primary source of traffic to the business stems from social (33%), other forms of traffic like campaigns for specific products (33%), direct (17%), paid search (11%). The US is the country responsible for 86% of the total traffic share. The top three pages are also evenly spread out, with the total traffic for these three pages only accounting for 17% of the total traffic to the site.

Usually once a month, new photographs of products taken by a photographer team are added to the site. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are very important for the business as most traffic and sales are driven from social advertising. The business has an email list of 25,000 subscribers stored in Klaviyo. Emails are sent out daily and there are multiple flows setup which includes a welcome series, abandon cart, browser abandonment, upsell and cross-sell flows and a customer competition flow. The email list is monetized and contributes to about 15% of the total revenue profits.

The business uses one supplier based in the US who automatically fulfills orders. The only inventory the seller stores is returned inventory but it is a very small amount of stock.

The business has 2 full-time employees to help support operations. One staff member is the graphic designer who handles all graphics for the website, social posting and email campaigns. The other is a junior Facebook ads launcher and customer service manager. She assists with launching ads and handles any serious complaints which are rare. The full-time staff are aware of the sale. Another two freelancers help with customer service and artwork layout and though they are not aware of the sale they would likely be comfortable moving with the business. SOPs are already in place and stored on monday.com to ease the transition of the business to the Buyer.
